We are seeking a talented Technical Support Professional to join our team in Bagsværd. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and support systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, servers in a Windows-domain environment, and PAS-X. Experience with ServiceNow and troubleshooting/problem-solving is essential.

About the role:

  • Provide technical support to our colleagues via phone, email, and portal access
  • Work closely with our colleagues in production to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Configure and maintain IT equipment, including PAS-X scanners and label printers

Requirements:

  • Background as a technical support specialist or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Experience with ServiceNow and PAS-X
