Job Title: Strategic Procurement Director
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Director to lead our procurement and supply chain operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth by optimizing procurement processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Drive the procurement and supply chain strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management, engineering, production, logistics, finance, and sales teams to optimize end-to-end processes.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, provide regular reports to senior management, and contribute to project steering committees.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve procurement processes, define new standards, and mitigate risks.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or Equivalent: In supply chain, procurement, mechanical engineering, or export engineering.
- 10+ Years of Experience in Procurement: With 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in project organizations and the global supplier market.
- Familiarity with SAP Suite: A plus, but not required.
Earn $120,000 - $180,000 Per Year
