Job Overview:
The Executive Director of Global Sales and Development will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global sales strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market share in Scandinavia and internationally. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and sales management experience, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's global sales strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM data to ensure informed decision-making and optimal resource allocation
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the design or consumer goods industry
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share through strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Danish a plus
Compensation:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
