As a UC Specialist at Telia Company, you will join a dedicated team of professionals who manage activities within Unified Communications for B2B and Wholesale customers in the Nordic countries.

You will work closely with customers to plan and implement their new solutions, helping them overcome potential risks and ensuring successful delivery. Your expertise in Unified Communications will be essential in making our customers' experience exceptional.

We are looking for a solution-oriented person who is fluent in English and Danish, both in speech and writing. You should have knowledge and experience with Unified Communications such as Teams (Operator Connect), Competella, etc., as well as experience with implementing customer solutions both onsite and remote.
