Is this your next opportunity?
As our new UC Specialist within the Front Office Delivery team, you will join a dedicated team of 11 colleagues that manage activities within a wide range of deliveries for B2B and Wholesale customers in the Nordic countries. Together with our customers, we are the team that helps with planning and implementing their new solutions. We help foresee possible risks and are with our customers until everything has been delivered and implemented satisfactorily. Every single day, we aim to make the difference that makes us the customers' preferred provider.

Your personal competencies include being a problem solver, customer-centric, and resourceful. You excel as a collaborator and are committed to continuous learning. You have a keen understanding of how to work with customers and are solution-oriented. Additionally, you are fluent in both English and Danish, both in speech and writing.
Your Experience:
- Have knowledge and experience with Unified Communications such as Teams (Operator Connect), Competella, etc.
- Have experience with implementing customer solutions both onsite and remote.
- Experience with the ever-changing Telco business.
