About the Role

Gentoo Media Inc is a leading affiliate in the online casino and sportsbook industry, and we're seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of paid search campaigns across SEM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEM platforms, including Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with AI campaign optimization providers to enhance performance and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Provide digital support for ad selection, messaging, and targeting, ensuring all ads comply with gambling regulations.
  • Analyze markets to identify opportunities for growth and monitor, track, and report on campaign performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on SEM efforts and work closely with other channels to align campaigns.
  • Partner with designers to ensure content is appealing and compliant, and take ownership of SEM projects and KPIs, driving further channel expansion.
  • Analyze competitor activity to stay competitive and stay updated on SEM best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Expertise in SEM tools, including Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with S2S tracking across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data for SEM accounts.
  • Proven understanding of conversion funnels and large datasets across platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new trends and tools.
  • Interest in learning more about the casino industry.
  • Ability to focus on strategy while meeting daily operational needs.
