Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at GAN Integrity Solutions. As our new Technical Lead, you will work closely with a product team of highly skilled and dedicated individuals to deliver solutions and services to our enterprise customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and overall quality of a team's technical deliveries, including your own contributions to code. You will collaborate closely with the Product Managers and Designers on your team to design and plan architecture to build stable and scalable software.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Closely collaborating with the Product Managers and Designers on your team.
• Providing technical leadership in your team.
• Designing and planning architecture to build stable and scalable software.
• Doing high-level system design and low-level technical design.
• Showcasing the way through hands-on code deliveries.
• Contributing to product discovery in the team to identify feasible, high-impact solutions to drive the team objectives.
• Helping prioritize technical enablements to achieve business goals and evaluating what can be executed with the available resources.
• Working with Infrastructure team members to ensure continued stability and performance.
• Couching the developers in your team.
• Developing and implementing processes and practices for the engineering team.
• Exploring and evaluating new technologies and solutions to push capabilities forward.
• Developing and maintaining tools and processes to deploy our solutions.
• Ensuring documentation of code, processes, and practices you are responsible for.

Requirements

• Solid Node.js experience.
• A deep understanding of the full stack of technologies used in a web application.
• A good understanding of DevOps, QA, and test automation.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, and orchestration.
• A solid understanding of Product Development Practices (how to work with PMs and Designers), User and Customer focus.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and a range of AWS services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
