Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical People Data Specialist to join our Talent Team. This role is critical in leveraging our people data to make informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret people data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Use data insights to inform strategic decisions related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Facilitate the people development process and guide the use of systems (Culture Amp) and also be responsible for setting up and implementing various employee surveys and subsequent data processing (such as exit and eNPS surveys).
  • Set up and conduct ongoing evaluations of various P&C initiatives and ensure that data is processed and shared with the People & Culture Community to continuously optimise the process and programs (ex. Educations, Internship Program).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Customer service-oriented and approachable.
