We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Risk Manager to lead and enhance our bank's technology risk management framework. This role is crucial in strengthening our cybersecurity posture, IT governance, and operational resilience.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology risk management framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments across IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data security, and digital banking platforms.
- Lead efforts to mitigate risks related to cybersecurity, third-party vendors, IT operations, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology risk management, IT governance, or cybersecurity, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
- Experience with cloud security, operational resilience, and third-party risk management.
