About the Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Order Management team in Glostrup, Denmark. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Validating DEFOA requests and processing them in SAP
• Supporting internal shipments from Glostrup
• Coordinating with Planning and Production on products in back order
• Liaising with Customer Service and Shipping to ensure timely shipments
• Releasing instruments for shipment
• Rescheduling orders to release back orders
• Providing general support to the business

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

• A general understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain
• Knowledge of International Trade, Transport, and Customs
• Experience with pharma products or cold chain products is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP, is preferred
• An understanding and appreciation of mathematics and statistics is a plus
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
