About the Role

Vestas is a leader in sustainable energy solutions, with a proven track record of delivering innovative wind power solutions. We are seeking a skilled Global People Culture Transformation Specialist to join our team.

This role will focus on driving impactful People & Culture initiatives and leading business-critical transformations globally. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage and challenge top leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate global functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed its goals.
  • In partnership with business leaders, develop and drive global workforce strategies based on market requirements.
  • Support and collaborate with the talent organisation to ensure line of successors for critical positions – build bench strength.
  • Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design and build required capabilities in the organisation, drawing on P&C experts.
  • Act as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams, driving the annual People & Culture cycle activities.
  • Coach Sr. leaders and executives on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model.
  • Develop high-performing, diverse teams living up to the Vestas Values.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to engage and challenge top leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts to promote the adoption of new processes and build bridges across the Vestas value chain.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • A relevant business or HR education at Master Level is required combined with a strong HR toolbox.
  • Experience with empowering change and talent management.
  • Able to get close to stakeholders, understand their direction and needs, lead change from the front, and be the catalyst to inspire the human dimensions of the organisation.
