The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that speak to beauty enthusiasts everywhere. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Lead campaign execution across all 7 markets.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in campaign marketing in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of seasonality in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple markets with cultural nuance and market-specific tactics.
