Product Owner, Commercial Europe

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our European business organization and drive our digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product vision and strategy for our commercial business in Europe, working closely with our stakeholders to understand the company's needs and create solutions that support our sustainability and growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Owner, Product Manager, and market stakeholders to define and prioritize the team's features, feeding into the product vision
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and future needs of our stakeholders
- Gather requirements and capture as user stories that can be executed
- Prioritize the team backlog (deliverables) and streamline the execution of program priorities
- Help the team succeed, facilitating the insights needed to make the right solutions and conducting workshops to come up with the best ideas
- Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the product, collaborating with the Business Change Manager on product launch communication, training, enablement, and ongoing product adoption/development tactics
Requirements
- Experience from commercial projects, having previously taken a role in delivering them across functions or countries
- Proven experience of working effectively with diverse stakeholders, being an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver
- The ability to take a leadership role in decision making for the team and product
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, a leading role, or in a commercial business role with a digital/superuser angle
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures
