At LEGO Koncernen, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our Brand, Marketing, Insights, and Partnerships team. This key role will drive the development and activation of LEGO brand marketing, audience and portfolio strategy, consumer and shopper understanding, and marketing planning and performance.

About the Role

The Senior Director will be responsible for crafting the overall vision and product strategy for Marketing, ensuring alignment with global business goals and the Digital strategy. This includes building and delivering innovative marketing solutions that inspire the next generation of builders.

This leadership role offers an outstanding opportunity to shape how marketing planning and performance contribute to the LEGO Group's success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and championing annual portfolio objectives and key results (OKRs) for Marketing.
  • Driving alignment with senior partners across Markets and Channels, Product and Marketing Development, and Digital and Technology on product strategy and roadmaps to deliver best-in-class digital products for the LEGO Group.
  • Nurturing a culture that encourages teams to be brave and curious and challenge the status quo.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience in Marketing and Advertising technology in a global capacity.
  • Excellent partner management skills, being able to navigate a complex organization stretching across markets, Global Marketing, and Digital + C-suite.
  • A strong background in building complex digital products and working with globally dispersed product teams; ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels.
