We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic researcher to join our team as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Epigenetic Dynamics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international research environment, contributing to cutting-edge research in the field of epigenetics and germ cell biology.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute experimental strategies to investigate epigenetic dynamics in germ cells
- Generate and analyze complex datasets to elucidate general epigenetic principles
- Contribute to the writing of scientific manuscripts and grant applications
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers and students
- Participate in outreach and communication activities to promote the research group's work
- PhD in Life Sciences or a related field
- Experience in mouse model generation and mouse genetics
- Active interest in epigenetics, genome regulation, or gametogenesis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient English language skills
- Experience in mouse embryology
- Experience in embryonic stem cell culture and CRISPR/Cas9 methods
- Experience in flow cytometry and/or imaging experimental design and analysis
- Experience in bioinformatic analysis of functional genomics data sets
- Previous publication as a first author

Terms of EmploymentThe position is a fixed-term position for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension. The salary will be set in accordance with the Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and AC (Danish Confederation of Professional Associations). The employer will pay an additional 17.1% to your pension fund.
