Clinical Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Assistant to join our Clinical Supply team. As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the progression of our R&D pipeline by assisting colleagues within Clinical Supply.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and control documents in our electronic document system
- Support travel orders and travel expense in our electronic systems
- Purchase office supplies
- Prepare and process data
- Write and prepare documents
- Perform archiving activities
- Assist with a variety of ad-hoc tasks as needed
The Clinical Supply team in CMC consists of 10 highly skilled and passionate colleagues who are experts in coordinating outsourcing related to packaging and distribution of the Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) as well as activities related to Interactive Response Technology (IRT). We are responsible for delivering both small molecules and biologics IMP to the entire Lundbeck portfolio.

Requirements- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, pharmaceutical or natural science)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Proactive and structured approach to work
- Strong experience with IT systems and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
