Role and Responsibilities

The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality flight training to students, ensuring timely completion of the training program, and maintaining safety standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct flight training sessions for students, including pre- and post-flight briefings
  • Manage training records and grading within our system
  • Participate in training reviews and standardization meetings as required
  • Perform duties as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor as needed

Your Profile:

  • Hold a degree from a specialized trade or technical school
  • Have profound job-related experience, preferably as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner
  • Have teaching experience within a large, professional flight academy
  • Preferably have a military aviation background
  • Have excellent English skills
  • Must hold the following licenses:
    • EASA Part-MED license with first-class privileges
    • EASA Commercial Pilot License CPL (A) with valid MEP (Land) and associated Instrument Rating (IR)
    • EASA PBN approval
    • EASA Flight Instructor FI (A) rating with at least MEP/IR and Night extensions
  • The ideal candidate has logged a minimum of 1500 flight hours, including 500 hours of IFR flight time (excluding simulator) and 500 hours of ME flight time, with 250 hours on MEP (Land) airplanes
