A Global HR Business Partner is required to join our client's fast-growing international fashion company based in Copenhagen.
The successful candidate will work closely with people managers to deliver best-in-class HR service to employees and support the overall long-term People & Culture strategy globally. This includes rolling out the annual performance management process (PDP), designing and delivering related training and development initiatives, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans and performance conversations.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, preferably in a similar role, and be knowledgeable about Danish Employment Law and the fashion industry. They must also be proficient in both Danish and English languages, able to work effectively across different legislations, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
