Postdoctoral Researcher in Chemometrics for Food Protein Modifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher in Chemometrics to join our team at KU - SCIENCE- FOOD-NEXS. The successful candidate will focus on the development of predictive models for food protein modifications using advanced multivariate data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in multivariate data analysis and protein chemistry
- Develop predictive models for food protein modifications
- Collaborate with project partners to gather data and generate insights
- Perform lab work, including spectroscopic analysis
- Communicate research findings through publications and presentations
- PhD in Chemometrics or a related field
- Expertise in advanced multivariate data analysis
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Experience with coding and scripting
- Knowledge of protein chemistry and its applications
