Department Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will:
- Plan, prepare, optimize, and follow up on administrative tasks and processes
- Ensure smooth office operations and provide support to colleagues with administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, events, and seminars
- Create content in PowerPoint
- Support financial control at a department level
- Drive various projects within the department
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Archive documents
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Structured, systematic approach with high-quality standards
