Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary:
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a remarkable shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include driving sales performance and utilizing in-store technology, all while contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Customer Engagement

Be a supportive team player with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strive to enhance and maintain high standards of customer service. Recognize customer needs and provide attentive service. Guide customers in selecting the right products and offer alternatives when necessary. Inform customers about new arrivals and potential future needs. Create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Deliver courteous and responsible service to all customers.

Sales Responsibilities

Engage with as many customers as possible to drive sales. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while ensuring everyone is attended to. Familiarize yourself with product layouts to maximize sales opportunities. Implement promotional strategies and maintain product presentation as directed. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Utilize effective selling techniques, including upselling accessories.

Visual Presentation

Assist in upholding the visual standards of the sales floor. Ensure that merchandise is clean and well-presented at all times. Restock items as needed, ensuring a full range of sizes is available. Verify that all products are accurately priced. Keep displays current and appealing.

General Duties

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards. Help keep stock areas and staff facilities organized and tidy. Assist with the receipt and organization of deliveries. Be flexible in taking on various roles and responsibilities as needed.
