Retail Sales Consultant

As a member of our store team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, serving as a vital representative of & Other Stories. Your fashion insight and styling expertise will contribute significantly to our store's atmosphere, ensuring you remain attuned to the latest trends in our dynamic industry. Customers will draw inspiration from your unique style and rely on your heartfelt styling advice.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The position of a Sales Consultant at & Other Stories encompasses a variety of responsibilities, each accompanied by numerous rewards. Your daily tasks will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance sales performance on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash register.
- Maintaining awareness of store objectives and sales metrics while adhering to relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Actively engaging with merchandise to uphold our high standards consistently.
- Possessing knowledge about fabrics, garments, and their care.
- Processing customer transactions efficiently at the cash register.
- Receiving and managing inventory deliveries.
- Assisting in the preparation of seasonal sales and promotional campaigns.
- Following store protocols to support loss prevention and ensure safety.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and providing support to colleagues.
Qualifications
We seek individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with people and are willing to go the extra mile for customers. You should possess the ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment and recognize the tasks necessary for store operations. While experience with cash register operations is beneficial, your eagerness to learn and grow with us is paramount.
