The Role
As Director of Pharmaceutical Site Development, you will be responsible for leading our site construction management department, ensuring that our projects are executed safely and predictably.
You will work closely with our top consultants to deliver best-in-class site construction management, recruit, develop and support Construction Managers, and facilitate stakeholder management skills to build and coordinate customer relationships.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need relevant experience working with diverse project teams on large-scale projects, solid leadership experience, and a proven track record in managing, mentoring, and coaching employees.
You should also have profound experience within site management, site safety, and pharma or biotech industries, as well as fluency in English and Danish.
