About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Architect to join our Business Architecture Team at Wunderman Thompson MAP. As a Senior Business Architect, you will play a key role in developing processes and operating models for our global top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients on global initiatives, considering their internal processes and standards, while ensuring local requirements are met.
  • Monitor program progress across Business Architecture projects, resolve issues, and identify connection points.
  • Assess clients' current organization to understand their vision, history, and ways of working, and recommend improvements to the operational setup.
  • Support businesses and organizations in planning for the future, by understanding their strategic wishes and designing the operational model to support it.
  • Help facilitate organizational change through strategic communication planning and implementation.
  • Manage and drive expectations during change, applying a structured change management methodology.
  • Monitor and supervise changes to clients' marketing processes, collaboration tools, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring the organization embraces the change.
What We're Looking For
  • A relevant master's degree or PhD, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or a strong analytical toolbox from a PhD.
  • A demonstrated ability to work in complex environments, both independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to shift between a helicopter view and detailed analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of proficiency in the use of PowerPoint.
