Key Responsibilities

The HR Consultant – Legal & Compensation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on local labor laws and employment regulations across multiple EU countries.
  • Assisting in setting up subsidiaries in selected countries, ensuring effective integration with existing operations.
  • Advising on compensation and benefits packages, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with local laws.
  • Maintaining and updating employee handbooks and HR policies to reflect the latest legal requirements and company practices.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance across all HR processes, protecting sensitive employee data.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment law, preferably across multiple EU countries.
  • Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) services or handling international employment matters.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible information.
