We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Quality Coordinator - Chemistry Pilot Plant. As part of our CMC API Pilots department, you will be responsible for driving quality-related tasks and projects across the department.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive quality related tasks and projects across the department.
  2. Be the department's go-to person in relation to cross-functional quality projects where you will be coordinating and implementing changes.
  3. Set quality goals for the department and ensure that the quality system is compliant with regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, we imagine that you hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or another relevant field. Preferably, you have at least 3-5 years of experience from working within a GMP regulated area.

You should also have experience with the LEAN way of working/mindset and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About the Team

As part of Novo Nordisk's PSQIT organization, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials.

In the Chemistry Pilot Plant department, you will find around 45 skilled colleagues divided into three teams that take care of Synthetic Chemistry, Purification, and Support.
