As a Junior Sustainability Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals by supporting our corporate sustainability reporting and science-based target initiatives.
As a member of our Sustainability team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including operations and supply chain, to help us track our progress towards our sustainability goals. You will also work closely with diverse departments across several countries to implement our sustainability strategy and support projects aimed at reducing our environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of our 2030 Sustainability Strategy
- Collecting and analyzing data for corporate sustainability reporting
- Updating our Product Carbon Footprint
- Supporting public reporting through questionnaires, such as CDP and EcoVadis
- Developing internal and external reporting processes
Requirements:
- A relevant academic background in sustainability management, engineering, or a comparable field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in LCA software an advantage
- Familiarity with emission factor databases and ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English, with German language capability an asset
