Job Title: South VN Inland Operation Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Maersk team as a South VN Inland Operation Team member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our project cargo accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers, customer service teams, and CFS warehouses to ensure timely collection and dispatch of shipments.
  • Manage daily operations for current and new accounts, including handling inquiries and resolving exceptions.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) in collaboration with customers, sales, procurement, implementation, and products teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit controls, process efficiency, and operational KPIs.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI measurement and analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of issues and problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of experience in import-export operations, especially in trucking and customs operations services.
  • Knowledge and experience in customs formalities operations and transportation handling, including container pick up/drop off, data entry in VNACCS, customs liquidation, HS code classification, and price evaluation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Efficient claim handling skills and discipline.
  • Good skills in computer applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
