South VN Landside Operation Team Coordinator

As a key member of the South VN Landside Operation Team, you will be responsible for the overall operational service delivery of all project cargo accounts. This includes monitoring value-added services activities to ensure timely shipments and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate and timely actions.


Main responsibilities:



  • Proper coordination with customers, customer service teams, and CFS warehouses for efficient service arrangements and timely collection and dispatch of shipments.
  • Handling daily operations for current and new accounts, including proactive attendance to customer inquiries and effective communication with related parties in case of exceptions.
  • Preparing SOPs and IOPs in collaboration with customers, sales, procurement, implementation, and products teams.
  • Able to take ownership of issues and perform problem resolution to the customer's satisfaction while ensuring compliance with internal and external audit controls and process efficiency.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI measurement and analysis, and contribute to process improvements and new business development.
  • Work independently with limited supervision from higher-level management and enhance productivity and performance with operation initiatives.

Requirements:



  • More than 3 years of related working experience in import-export operations, especially in trucking and customs operation services.
  • Knowledge and experience in customs formalities operations and transportation handling, including container pick-up/drop-off, data entry in VNACCS, customs liquidation, HS code classification, and price evaluation.
  • Excellent customer services skills and experiences, with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Efficient claim handling skills and discipline with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good skills of computer, including Excel and PowerPoint.
