COWI is seeking a skilled Procurement Lawyer to join our Project Management Consultancy in Lyngby or Aarhus. As a key member of our team, you will assist our engineers, architects, and technical colleagues in providing interdisciplinary and holistic legal advice on large construction projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and handling tenders for consultancy and construction services, including design and build contracts, turnkey contracts, and framework agreements.
  • Providing general professional sparring and advising colleagues on procurement law, construction law, and technical advice.
  • Contract management and procurement management for larger Danish industrial and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Developing client consultancy services at the intersection of technical and legal advice.

We view this job as a full-time position (37 hours per week), but we are open to discussing reduced work hours for the right candidate.

Your Skills:

  • A background in law or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement law and construction law, including drafting tender strategies, tender documents, and contracts.
  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English – written and spoken.
