About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Industry team at Unity. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving global marketing and sales efforts by developing a rich pipeline of content that showcases the value of Unity Industry.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Industry Content Marketing team, Product Marketing team, and other business units to develop content strategies that align with our overall go-to-market plans. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling content that generates leads and drives conversions across multiple touch points in the user journey.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that resonates with them.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing plans that drive awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  3. Write and edit high-quality content, including case studies, industry reports, ebooks, webinars, videos, blog posts, and emails.
  4. Lead and manage content creation for integrated marketing programs, including optimizing content based on data-driven insights.
  5. Own the pipeline of customer references and create customer story content that supports growth marketing campaign goals.
  6. Develop and publish web content via our CMS, translating complex technical topics into simple, high-impact concepts for a diverse group of industry professionals.
Requirements
  1. Experience in successfully marketing complex, technical B2B products or services, with a proven ability to create content that performs.
  2. Proven ability to write long-form content within a fast-paced environment, adapting to brand style and tone while shaping content to align with our overall marketing narrative and storytelling.
  3. Ability to build thoughtful, strategic, and actionable plans to completion, even in the presence of ambiguity.
  4. A master of time management, prioritizing tasks, and driving to execution with a laser focus on what matters most in a fast-paced environment.
  5. An open, learning mindset driven by curiosity, empathy, and a drive for self-development.
