We are looking for a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a full-time maternity cover position (approximately 1 year) that reports to the Content Team Manager.

About the Job

As a Content Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer value, strengthening our brand, and driving sales by ensuring that all copy and content used in internal and external communications is polished and impactful.

You will work towards aligned, cross-functional goals, focusing on omni-channel sales performance and customer-centric strategies.

  • Ensure all translated copies adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice, delivering relevant and engaging messages for the local market in collaboration with the Copywriter.
  • Proofread and approve all assets for owned media channels, print, video, and digital materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the Regional Production Hub to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the publishing of organic social media content for the local social platform (Facebook), ensuring alignment with the regional publishing plan.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Customer Service and the Press Officer to address negative customer interactions on social media including during crisis situations.
  • Write and translate copy for internal communications, including store updates and local customer information on an ad hoc basis.

The salary for this position is approximately €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role requires a marketer with exceptional language skills in Danish and English. You should excel at adapting translated copy to align with brand and market guidelines.
