Technical Sales Product Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Product Engineer to join our team at Nexans Industry Solutions Denmark.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop strong trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Increase our current portfolio of customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Serve as the customers' contact person at Nexans for R&D product development.
- possess deep knowledge and understanding of customer products and future needs.
- Provide technical support and development with our customers.
- Offer technical support to the Front Office team for customer quotations.
- Assist with yearly RFQs with Key Customers.
- Participate in PPAP requests as needed.
- Support Masterdata.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
- Strong team player.
- Result-oriented and hands-on approach.
- Ability to take the lead and get tasks closed.
- Strong technical understanding.
- IT skills: Navision, MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Engineer or technical education with relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of processes.
- Ability to prioritize own tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
