About the Position

This is a temporary role substituting a team member going on parental leave until the end of the year. The successful candidate will have a holistic supply chain perspective, ensuring stable and reliable planning, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely forecasts to our Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and other stakeholders.
  • Order handling and follow up on orders to ensure material availability according to demand.
  • Determine and monitor safety stocks/inventory of critical production materials, manage invoice flow (reviewing and approving invoices).
  • Drive continuous optimisations of the supply chain together with the CMO and Novo Nordisk stakeholders.
  • Make analyses to identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritisations and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact.

You will be part of our international supply chain department in the Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Product (GCM DP) area. We have an informal tone, respect each other's differences, and encourage each other's professional development. Our GCM DP Supply Chain team is responsible for all logistics and supply chain tasks towards our CMOs and sourcing of products into Novo Nordisk according to the demand from our production sites and customers world-wide.
