About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of our IT Sales team, which is responsible for enabling point-of-sales (POS) systems, order placement, sales registration, payment, returns, and customer service solutions for the entire Salling Group. You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be involved in the design and implementation of POS solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.
- With your expertise in retail and ecommerce, you will work closely with the team to develop and implement POS solutions that integrate seamlessly across multiple formats within the Salling Group.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in retail and ecommerce, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must, as well as a strong understanding of agile methodologies and SCRUM-based setups.
