Job Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Accountant to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily financial activities on a global scale. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for daily financial bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable management, and contributing to the development of our internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Financial Operations
- Perform daily financial bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable, including pre-registration and payment
- Contribute to the development, improvement, and optimization of our internal processes
- Provide backup for colleagues during holidays and sick leave
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts in connection with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports
- Prepare materials for audits
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong theoretical foundation in accounting and take pride in your work, delivering high-quality and accurate data. As a person, you are detail-oriented, structured, and take ownership. Additionally, you enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks and challenges.
Desired Qualifications
- A relevant education in accounting
- Around 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or in accounting, preferably in an international company
- Experience using accounting systems (preferably Business Central/Navision)
- Good collaboration skills with colleagues and partners
- Fluency in English and good Danish skills are required. Other language skills will be considered a plus
