Customer Service:

  • Ensure customers are aware of new stock and promotions.
  • Encourage customers to return to the store by providing a positive experience.

Sales:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing in-store devices and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
  • Assist in maintaining store displays and visual merchandising.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean and presentable environment.
  • Replenish stock levels, ensuring a full range of products is available.
  • Ensure product pricing is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Keep displays up-to-date and visually appealing.

General:

  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of appearance and dress in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in maintaining stock areas, staff facilities, and staff room.
  • Deputize for other staff members, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist in the induction of new sales staff.
  • Supervise junior staff members.
  • Develop and implement training programs for junior staff.
  • Keyholder responsibilities.
  • Administration responsibilities.
