At Grundfos, we are seeking a talented Senior Finance Business Analyst to play a vital role in our transformation journey with the new established Water Treatment Europe organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights that inform business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled analyst to make a significant impact on our company's performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the FBP WTE Operations covering finance activities related to operations in Denmark and Poland.
- Study financial data, attempting to spot trends, patterns, and make forecasts.
- Link the consequences of any internal or external factor influencing the business to the consequential impact on our consolidated financial statements and performance management systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and work with continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses and present findings in an easy-to-understand format.
- Experience in financial data analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Finance Business Partners and business stakeholders.
