- Being responsible for short-term and long-term forecasting of workforce demand within area.">
- Facilitating constructive dialogue with senior stakeholders and teams in relation to career progression planning and organisational competency requirements.">
- Coaching and mentoring of colleagues to unlock further personal growth.">
- Inspiring teams to cope with the constant transformation Novo Nordisk is in.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.">
- 3+ years leadership experience from a similar job.">
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies, preferably in a leadership role.">
- Previous track record of effective management and development in a diverse environment.">
- Proven ability to provide strategic advice on workforce planning.">
