About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical project teams in Region Europe & Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans with countries in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development/update of strategic plans with countries in the region, involving the right stakeholders and ensuring their implementation.
- Provide input and ensure alignment in the process of country allocation, in close contact with Global Trial planning, CDPL project teams, CDCs, and countries.
- Responsible for follow-up recruitment versus plans and coordinating re-allocations in and out of the region.
- Collaborate with regional medical managers and CDC Clinical Medical Managers to ensure adequate medical support to projects.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid project management background and demonstrated experience in managing clinical trials from feasibility assessment to trial closure. You should also have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
