Facilities Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Location Manager to join our Denmark real estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our real estate locations and facility management areas in Herning, Brande, and Ølgod.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all real estate topics in various locations, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage costs associated with certain locations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Oversee contract management, including vendor and supplier relationships, to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Develop and maintain space management awareness, updating data and presenting findings to the team.
- Manage diverse stakeholders, including internal business units and external landlords, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead minor projects related to real estate, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Handle internal approval processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in real estate or facilities management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of finance, including CapEx and OpEx budgets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Competence with systems, capable of using new finance and purchase tools.
- A motivating team player, resilient and responsible, with a passion for sustainability.
