Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager for Project Controls to join our team at Novo Nordisk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project control activities, developing and implementing project control systems, and providing guidance and support to project teams.

Main Responsibilities

Developing and implementing integrated project controls systems to ensure efficient project delivery.Leading essential divisions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.Overseeing planning and scheduling processes to ensure comprehensive project scope coverage.Maintaining strict financial control through accurate cost estimation, effective budgeting, and diligent tracking.Managing risk assessments and the complete risk management process, including scope and change management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working in a project control capacity, ideally within major investment projects within the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry.
  • Strong leadership background and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent understanding of financial processes, cost, risks and schedules.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
