About the Role
The Senior Business Partner will be part of the PS API Expansions executive office and support the management team on various strategic and operational tasks and processes, requiring strong facilitation and the ability to execute while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
Key Deliverables
- Owning and facilitating strategic processes and reporting, such as strategic aspirations, business review and risk management, often through preparation of presentations and facilitation of workshops with the leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Participating in coordinating agendas for PS API Expansions management meetings, ensuring prioritization of leadership, strategic, and transformation topics, while also facilitating relevant discussions and developing decision materials.
- Leading and supporting assignments in the executive office, involving continuous improvement of processes, coordination of actions from various fora, and business case analyses.
- Preparing compelling communication material, tailoring complex information to audiences at all levels.
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need a master's degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or a similar field, and minimum 4 years of professional experience in project/portfolio management, strategy, management consulting, or a similar function.
You should have a proven track record of change management, relation building with senior stakeholders, and an ability to facilitate dialogues and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
