- Lead and mentor a Content Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and support on content creation and execution.
- Research and identify relevant topics and content formats for different markets and customer personas.
- Develop a content calendar and strategy, as well as oversee the creation of high-quality content that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Continuously analyze content performance and iterate on strategies based on data.
- Run webinars and other online/offline events on a group level.
- Collaborate with local teams to provide content promotion and distribution support for their events.
- Ensure all content adheres to Precis Digital's tone of voice and branding guidelines.
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
- Solid SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
- Ability to develop creative content strategies, translating ideas into engaging narratives across diverse formats.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience with CMS and social media.
- Data-driven approach to content marketing.
- Project management and team leadership abilities.
- Experience working in Hubspot.
- Interested in using AI tools for content production (ideally already using them).
- Fluency in English, native speaker is a plus.
