Job Description

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across teams and departments. This includes developing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.



Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Lead the planning and execution of digital projects across teams and departments.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate and align with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and communications with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, delivering high-quality results that meet our objectives and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital project management.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Project Management, Digital Design, e-commerce, Digital Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or tech-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, web development, and design processes.
  • Experience with project management/task management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Figma).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent is a plus.
