We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Color and Material Finish Designer to join our System and Material Innovation Team. As a key member of our team, you will work at the intersection of color, material innovation, and product design to create cutting-edge products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative color and material strategies that drive business growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends in color, material, and finish design, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, material scientists, and designers, to bring concepts to life.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to explore new material technologies and developments.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in CMF design, with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft materials, including plastics, textiles, and effects.
  • Excellent visualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas through 2D and 3D software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners across different departments and use agile ways of working.
  • Phenomenal communication skills, with the ability to communicate innovative ideas to internal and external partners.
