DTU Electro is seeking an experienced experimentalist for a postdoctoral research position. The role involves developing high-speed cavity-based components that process information in temporal modes using the ultrafast Pockels effect in lithium niobate and tantalum pentoxide.

The scientific environment at DTU Electro is vibrant and highly collaborative, with world-class scientists covering a broad range of expertise in photonics and electronics. Our project aims to develop general-purpose photonic integrated circuit platforms for classical and quantum information processing.

Required qualifications include hands-on experience with fabrication and characterization of photonic nanostructures, a strong background in photonic device physics, and excellent communication skills. Desired qualifications include experience with numerical modeling, knowledge of programming languages, and a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
