About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Global Program Lead to join our team. As a Global Program Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute global strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of programs within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a phase-appropriate, cross-functional program plan with the Global Asset Team (GAT), including alternate scenarios and requirements.
  • Set the program vision and develop effective cross-functional strategies and plans to achieve the program goals.
  • Lead the GAT to develop and refine the integrated development plan for the program and execute the governance-approved strategy.
  • Maximize the value of the program by managing quality, costs, time, opportunity, and risks.
  • Ensure that the development program considers the competitive situation and the newest scientific knowledge of the target, disease, and indication.

Requirements

  1. University degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., Cand. Pharm, MD or PhD) in a life science discipline with at least 7-10 years' pharmaceutical drug development experience.
  2. Excellent stakeholder skills and extensive experience in Project Management of early to late-stage assets.
  3. Strong team leader with proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.
  4. Profound understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, understanding functional roles and responsibilities in Development, supply, and commercialization of medicinal products.
  5. Strong communication skill of strategies and plans.
