Genmab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for Quality Control to join our GMP Quality Assurance team in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products, collaborating with internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide QA support for the QC laboratory, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers to promote quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement quality procedures, ensuring effective process control and risk management.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Requirements
- MSc degree in a relevant life science subject.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in QA for QC.
- Experience with analytical methods for biologics/monoclonal antibodies is an advantage.
- Lead auditor experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
