**Your Role as a Customer Service Representative**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice our clients hear on the other end of the line, helping them navigate their questions and concerns. Your daily duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Providing top-notch customer support in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues.
